United Action for Human Development Organization (UAHD), we believe that good health is the foundation of a productive and empowered community. UAHD is actively engaged in promoting health awareness and improving access to healthcare services, particularly for underserved populations in District Jacobabad, Sindh, Pakistan.

UAHD has signed a formal Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Fitwell Hub, a trusted partner offering E-Clinic services. Through this partnership, we are able to provide free-of-cost telehealth consultations to community members who otherwise lack access too timely and affordable medical care. These E-Clinics bridge the gap between rural communities and qualified healthcare professionals, offering diagnosis, advice, and treatment support through digital technology.

We conduct health awareness sessions in both communities and schools, focusing on preventive health, hygiene practices, nutrition, maternal and child health, and disease prevention. These sessions aim to equip individuals with the knowledge and confidence to make informed decisions about their well-being.

Together, these initiatives reflect our commitment to building a healthier society one that is informed, empowered, and able to access essential health services with dignity.
